Mark Geer
Lead Pastor
Mark Geer is the Lead Pastor of The Journey Assembly of God church. Prior to coming to Oak Harbor Mark served as the Lead Pastor of four other churches in the state of Washington and has enjoyed 34 years of pastoral ministry with his wife of as many years, Michelle. Together they have two grown and married children with three grandkids.
Mark is a graduate of Northwest University in Kirkland, WA where he earned his undergraduate degree in Pastoral Ministries and his Masters in Church Ministries in conjunction with the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in Springfield, MO. He currently serves as a substitute teacher in the Oak Harbor Public Schools and loves this connection with the students, staff and community.

Michelle Geer
Pastor's Wife
Michelle Geer is the wife of Pastor Mark Geer and a vital part of our church leadership team. She serves as a source of encouragement and support for her husband and others in the church, assisting in various fellowship gatherings, team meetings, vision casting, and in countless other ways. On Sundays she can often be found assisting in the kid's & nursery ministry.
She is a 5th Grade teacher at Oak Harbor Intermediate School and serves on various leadership teams. She is a graduate of Northwest University in Kirkland, WA where she earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology. She earned her teaching degree through Heritage University and her Principleship and Masters through Washington State University.

Sharon Smith
Bookkeeper
Sharon Smith is our church bookeeper and assists our congregation with various questions and issues regarding giving, tax deductible gifts, and various other elements.
Alexis Wallace
Kid's Ministry & Media Production
Alexis Wallace is the coordinator of our Kid's Ministry and teaches Kid's Church each week along with other volunteers. She also assists with our Church Social Media & Production work.
