Easter Sunday - "The Lord Is Risen!"

In today’s message Pastor Mark Geer walks us through some incredible Old Testament prophecies that came true and were fulfilled on Resurrection Sunday when Jesus rose from the dead, defeating sin and death, and conquering the grave. The implications of this truth still reverberate in our lives today as believers in Jesus Christ.

Jesus always had confidence in His future resurrection, even knowing that He would suffer and die and be buried for three days! His assurance came through His conviction that all that the prophets and psalms proclaimed about Him would come true. He believed that God has a better plan then to allow His body to decay in the grave. And sure enough, His resurrection proved that the Scriptures had been fulfilled and that Jesus had secured eternal hope and everlasting life for all who would believe in Him!
