Good Friday - "The Savior Has Died!!"

In tonight’s message Pastor Mark Geer walks us through some incredible Old Testament prophecies that came true and were fulfilled on Good Friday when Jesus offered His life as the Sacrificial Lamb of God. 

As our Shepherd Savior we see Jesus conscientious of the Old Testament prophecies concerning the Messiah, who is also known in the sacred Scriptures as the Son of Man. With great care, precision, and incredible detail Jesus fulfilled those prophecies as no one else could do. He not only was aware of them, but experienced them in His own heart, mind, emotions, and spiritual experience. What would have been not only improbable, but entirely impossible, for anyone else to accomplish, Jesus achieved and fulfilled to the finest measure!

The work He did for our salvation included incredible suffering. Undergoing intense persecution, rejection, ridicule and mockery. It required humility, resilience, determination, fortitude, incredible self-discipline, and a willingness to lay down His life for humanity. In this message we trace the Passion of the Christ down to the last breath Jesus took upon the cross when He uttered these words: “It is Finished!”
