2026 Mother's Day

Thanks for connecting with us on Mother’s Day. Today we have a special message for all of you mothers, and parents in general, about the incredible experiences that you go through in the journey of bringing children into the world and raising them.

The Biblical account in today’s message is drawn from Exodus 1-2 where the Israelites were under the oppressive hand of the Egyptians and directives were given to the midwives of Israel to kill all of the newborn baby boys in the Nile River! But that would not be due to the midwives’ faith, Jochebed’s sacrifice, and the surrender of a little boy to the reeds of the Nile river in a basket of bulrushes. His name would be Moses (drawn from the water) and he would go on to lead the Israelites as a mighty prophet up out of Egypt after 430 years of slavery and to the Promised Land of Canaan. 

Our focus today is on the experiences of motherhood in the realm of faith, sacrifice and surrender. We hope you identify with these critical experiences of motherhood and find encouragement in the revealed truth that God is with you every step of the way!
