Anna Nail

Jun 27, 2021    Anna Nail, Guest Speaker    Invisible Childhood Drama, Addiction, Recovery & Victory

Anna Nail is a member of Oak Harbor Assembly of God Church and serves on the Advisory Council and leads our Outreach Ministry. She and her husband Oli also serve at Mighty to Save Ministries, a ministry in Oak Harbor that is reaching out to help and bless those struggling with alcohol, drug and addictive issues.

Anna has her own remarkable testimony of God's grace and mercy upon her life as she battled with a number of addictions and family struggles from childhood into adulthood. She has written her testimony in a book entitled, "My Name Is Anna" that is available for purchase. In her book she is daring enough to share intimate family secrets, including her childhood fears, adult mistakes and consequences, abuse of alcohol, drugs, over-eating, smoking and other past addictions in order to dull the pain of the past and to fill the loneliness she felt in her life. However, her story has an incredible ending as she writes about how with the help of God, our Creator, she was able to take a journey to combat and not only win the war of addiction, but push forward all the way to living a victorious life in Jesus Christ daily.

In today's message she shares her testimony of God's love, grace and providence for her life. May you find hope in your own circumstances as you listen and discover that God has a purpose and plan for your life as well.
